About Me
A Little History
I started my first "real" job at 14, working for the local town seamstress who took in work from the dry cleaners. She taught me many things as we worked on repairs and simple alterations from those big baskets she brought in from the cleaners.
My favorite job was working in the seamstress department of one of St Clair County's premier bridal shops right after high schooI. I learned from some of the top seamstresses in our area and gained invaluable lessons there!
Fast forward a few more years (decades) and here we are!
I offer more than just standard alterations. Custom add-ons, beadwork and transformations are among my specialties. Sometimes life happens and one's size can change due to those life events. If you have a dress that has no hope of zipping, set up a consultation and we can assess your options!
